Am i missing something about PG not being safe? Does anyone have the facts on this?

Yes, and as Tyler states, more suppliers are beginning to advertise VG juice that includes all-VG flavoring--in other words, all-VG in every sense. Watch for these places and contact to verify if important to you.
Don't know, but some places, like VV, give the option of adding extra flav to their VG juice. In fact, I've tried such juices that have almost knocked me over with their flav intensity. I agree that VG vaping is different, though--the vape usually seems thicker and heavier. I've come to prefer it.
Virgin Vapors has great juice and will work with you in many areas if you make a note in the order- or email her first.

I like PG, but it doesn't like me. I'm vaping almost 100% VG now, so I won't have to worry about it.
I was a big fan of TV until I started to get the mouth itchy thing again and had to give up PG in any quantity above 10%
AVE is great, I can even tolerate their 90VG/10PG juice with no problem.
Virgin Vapor is very good, but some of her flavors work better than others. I cannot speak highly enough of the flavors mixed on the ECO base. I've had other juice that uses that base (Cignot sells it) and it's top notch stuff, very easy on the throat and does not seem to cause me any sort of allergic reaction.
If you order from Virgin Vapor, order a few samples to try out - again some of the flavors on the "regular" base didn't work too well for me. I am, however, going to try some of her flavors on the ECO base. The Kona Coffee Milk Shake is the only "coffee" flavor I've ever liked, and it doesn't gunk up attys or burn out a cartomizer within a couple days.
I'm vaping the butter cream mint from VV right now, and it's VERY good - one of the best mint flavors I've tried (does not scream "mouthwash" - it's very subtle).
Another vendor who makes decent VG juice is Viking Vapor. They will mix whatever percentage you want - and it's pretty good stuff. I was hooked on their banana flavors for a while, and their pina colada is very tasty. Again, you want to thin theirs with a bit of distilled water - but it's pretty good quality, they'll mix to your preference, and the price is good.

I love the throat hit from PG but sometimes it can give me headaches. I think I'll try a batch of VG only. I like sweet flavors; so, I hope I won't have any trouble finding nice vg sweet juices.
I suggest many of AVE juices. They have loads of sweet juices like Massive Chocomint, Maple Melody, Banana Slurry, and English Toffee, and there's 100% VG.

She will also work with you and pretty much custom mix your order any way you need it....won't find that kind of customer service too often.
