Well that means you wouldn't be even a decent CSA, which is ok... I would be even worse. It doesnt mean he's incorrect. It's like going to a coffee shop and asking for a spice chai latte with lactose free milk and the barista responding "You mean skim? What's this lactose free stuff..." The employee should have been trained to the requirements of the business and I'd be justified in asking for a person who actually knows what they're selling.Ah. I don't think OP was "mad" at that employee not knowing about the batteries, as much as he was mad that they were not acommodating and respectfull enough to go get him a person who actually knew what they're talking about. If the women on the phone went to get a more knowledeable person to talk to OP, we would most definetely not have this thread.
