In a short answer, no. Or yes. If by that question you mean is one flavor better than another for quitting, then no. The more important thing is you have to want to quit smoking. Flavors are just the icing on the cake. Some people like tobacco flavors, others dont. I found that I dont. And didn't want my vape to remind me of what I was giving up. For me it was, and still is, dessert flavors. But there is no flavors better than any others in terms of quitting smoking.

For me personally I started with "Strawberry". It was short lived and within months I switched to DIY unflavored juice with high nicotine and VG content.

For me the only important things were that they did not taste like smoking and satisfied my nicotine cravings.

High nicotine (18mg) to satisfy the cravings and keep my nicotine "buzz" on, high VG to satisfy my desire to inhale/exhale something.

YMMV: Everybody is different and do whatever works for you.

    Good luck!

I can Only speak for myself...

But when I Quit Smoking, I wanted something that Didn't Taste like Tobacco. I mean, that is what I was Trying to Quit. So I went with a Family of Flavors that I liked and could use all day. And those were Fruit Flavors.

Fruit Flavors also had a Plus in that if I got one that I Didn't like, say a Cherry that tasted like Cough Syrup, I could sometimes Fix It by mixing it with something I had. Like maybe some Watermelon.

You've started to quit smoking. Is there any flavor that is particularly suitable for quitting smoking?

IMHO, no. Years ago I bought a Blu kit that included tobacco, mint, cherry, and vanilla at Costco. I mentioned to the clerk (you had to buy them at the tobacco register) - why would anyone want vanilla? The cartridges didn't last long so I had to resort to the vanilla one before I could buy more. Turns out, I liked the vanilla best. I quickly upgraded my mod and found a vanilla custard and the rest is history. I haven't had a cigarette since the Blu.

The best flavor is the one that works for you and may surprise you when you figure out what it is.

For me, tobacco flavor has been important to have. So have cigalikes. i still have a need to hold a white stick in my scissored fingers & feel tobacco flavor in my mouth.

Guess the lesson is that different people need different flavors and different techniques.

As a menthol cigarette smoker, I started with menthol or mint juices. I soon started to mix them with creams and/or caramels - but the familiarity definitely helped at the start. The fact that they tasted AMAZING compared to ciggies, was a huge part in helping me to quit.

    Yeah Everyone is Different.

And perhaps one of the Few things that applies to Everyone is... "One Size Doesn't Fit All".

I didn't find the flavor I was looking for until I found tobacco extracts. I would agree that Real Tobacco Extracts is one of the best. I also needed the real tobacco flavor early on. I now make my own extracts and have some good flavors down pat.

But when I quit smoking and switched to vaping I was hard pressed at first to find any juice that actually tasted like tobacco. Early in quitting it was real tobacco flavor I was after.

Now when my taste buds are shot I can't tell the difference between tobacco and caramel and cream flavors. Maybe a little Koolada to mix it up.

It seems every vaper has a different taste preference. I just wish I had fond NETS sooner.

I knew I wouldn’t be able to use tobacco flavors because I was too picky - my brand or nothing! And there was no way any would taste right to me.
I got lucky, bought a few and found a winner. French vanilla was my ADV for months. My husband liked toasted almond. When suddenly I couldn’t get those, I jumped into diy.

I vaped so much French vanilla at the start that I can’t stand it now, lol, and in fact I’ve never been able to use only one juice all day. But it got me where I needed to be.

I think it's gonna be different for everybody. I was able to instantly switch 7 years ago from 20 years of smoking 10-12mg cigs x25 a day to vaping without having a single cigarette since; for me Camel flavor from a local supplier did the trick (as by then I'd been smoking yellow Camels for ~5-6 years, and that cheap local flavor was surprisingly similar). First half a year I hated even a thought of non-tobacco flavors, then tried various coffee-cigars-etc, then spent a few years vaping all kinds of fruits imaginable, before ending up with strictly iced fruit flavors today.

Most people i have met and see usually all say same thing when they are switching to vaping "i dont like flavours i want to taste like cigarettes" blah blah custard is to be eaten and not smoked and if i want watermelon i am gonna eat one with feta cheese and not smoke it...

In my opinion for those people natural extracted tobacco juices are the best option cause it really feels like a cigs...but better...those ry4 are not even near tobacco flavour

Myself i was also judging all the flavours at first and since i vaped something different than net juice i was blown away and now the last thing i want is my vapor to smell like cigs ewwwwwww
