I have been vaping for 3 months, 18mg in a 50/50 PG/VG mix, 3ml a day at most. I have also had a bad case of eczema since I started vaping. I don't get headaches, asthma, coughing, or any irritation or dryness of the eyes, lips, mouth, nose, throat, lungs, etc. The only symptom I have is a textbook case of dyshidrotic eczema. I have never had eczema before, and PG is in plenty of things I have used on a daily basis for decades. I have not cut down on vaping during the last three months, and my symptoms completely went away last week after 2 months of covering the eczema with creams, lotions, and/or petroleum jelly. I have also been drinking at least a gallon of water a day, usually 1.5 gallons. I always have a glass of water with every vape session. I am guessing the timing of my problems and vaping is a coincidence. I have read dozens of threads about PG allergy, and all indicate something more than just a skin rash on the hands and feet.

If I am allergic to PG like some people find out they are after vaping, wouldn't I have some kind of irritation in the areas with direct contact to the PG I am inhaling?

I see you've posted in the Heath subforum and got no replies so far. Health issues are best left to discussion among users. Answers here, tend to reflect on ECF, and we simply aren't doctors. And other than directing you to discussions about gerneral health issues, we really have no more information than what we may have experienced personally - and we've likely posted that in the health forums at the time that it happened. There are loads of links but those that participate in the Health forums have better access ;)

Just generally, if you have any doubts about any health issues you should consult a doctor. And if you think it MAY be PG, then go with a VG based ejuice.
