I'm currently using a TFV12 Prince (on a SMOK E-PRIV) so I was thinking I'd stick with SMOK for my tank.
I would use 18650s.
I'm a fan of the .2 ohm dual mesh coils.
Don't really care about aesthetically matching.
What tank would you recommend that can deliver some big clouds. I was looking at the alternatives such as the Crown 4 or the freemax mesh pro.

My memory is that the cloud beast king is kind of a cloud chasing drag racer. To make it go full bore you need a 300w four battery mod. Legend is only 2 battery.
Average 18650 batteries are good for about 45-60 watts per cell.
So long as you stay below 120 watts, you should be fine.
Which 18650's are you using? (brand+model?)
Either of those (Uwell/Freemax) would my personal choice over anything SMOK, but that is my personal prejudice.

I got the 18650s from a local vape shop and don't know the brand. They're 3000mah.
I get 3 to 4 weeks out of the coils as I don't chain vape and I use 50mg nicotine salts so I don't need to use them heavily but still satisfies my nicotine cravings. I would buy some high quality batteries for my new setup. I'm happy with my current setup but I'm always thinking about a new setup in the future.
A big boy. Bigger than anything I got. Iirc SMOK made a mod especially to drive that atty for cloud chasing competitions. Can’t remember what it was called. Probably no longer available anyway. The biggest I personally have is a releaux 2/3 in 3 battery mode. Still probably not enough for max performance though. Might get close. I kind of doubt it though.
I’m not a monster mod specialist. They’re around though. Folks who know things have a way of popping up around here. Give it time. You may even find a surviving example of that purpose built SMOK mod around. If any are even left alive.
The TFV12 Cloud Beast, like many tanks, can accept a multitude of different coils. 300 watts is not needed and is nothing more than exaggerated marketing. The compatible mesh coils for this tank can be operated efficiently @ 100 watts or under.
@Ian Michasiw – to answer your question, the pairing of the TFV12 and Legend would be good SHOULD you operate the Legend within its limitations and the limitations of the batteries. The batteries are the most important part of the equation. What wattage do you prefer to operate the TFV12 at?

After a quick Google search I believe you are referring to SMOK GX2/4 350W
I've settled with 80W on the Prince. I would not cheap out on batteries. What batteries would you recommend?
This is true. I was thinking of those gigantic thumb sized 5 or 7 hole things. Smaller coil smaller issues.
sounds right. @Punk In Drublic is right too though. If you are not using the giant coils you don’t need the giant mod.
80w is medium high. A LG HG2 3000ma would likely be enough and give you some battery life. For full on overkill a Samsung 20s? Might not even be overkill. I haven’t done the math. They’re only 2000ma but they do 30a.
Make sure you get real ones though. The fakes appear to be rife and hard to spot. Order online from reputable distributors etc.. @Mooch or @Baditude will have good advice on where to do that. I can only attest that not following it can get you burned.
Went looking for that 50mg salts thing and couldn’t find it. Cloud chasing 50mg salts will likely do even more than merely leave a body a quivering wreck though.
I'd recommend the Freemax mesh pro or the Horizon Falcon for mesh drop in coils that produce both great cloud and good flavor. Just no idea how you could possibly vape 50 mg nic salts in them. Then again I can't see how you can vape that with your current setup. Those high nic salts are typically used for low watt mtl non-cloud stuff especially pod systems. But if that's what you like and you don't get lightheaded and nauseous after a single draw you can vape however you please. I'm just amazed you can.

That Samsung 24S 20A is new to me. Is that a brand new release? I only know of the 25R for 20A 2500 mAh. Nice if there's another choice, but is this a replacement for the 25R?
Mooch reviewed these in May 2018. Not a replacement for the 25R.
