Just a point of interest, when I stopped smoking about 6 months ago, I to DTL instead of MTL and started with 3mg juice, within 2 weeks I went to 0mg juice and have been using it ever since. I don't think I really felt any major ill affects.

That's really great, especially coming from where you were smoking. If you're comfortable with the habit of using a vape and not requiring nicotine to stay off cigs, that's certainly the way to go. My only advice is have some 3 or 6 mg juice around the house anyway. Should you ever hit a rocky or stressful patch in the future and be tempted to pick up a cigarette, that might well prevent you from jumping back into tobacco use. Hopefully that will never happen.

Nicotine mimics hormones like epinephrine which vasoconstricts non-essential blood vessels, vasodilates coronary and skeletal mussel arteries, increase blood pressure and vasodilates bronchial tube. So mabey low blood pressure, but who really knows, as i am not a doctor, just taking a bio class. Keep up on water intake, flush the system to see if it helps.

Eskie: I can say without fail that I will never go back to any nic level other than 0 at this point. For some reason for me, smoking was more a habitual thing vs being addicted to the chemicals. There are plenty of times now where I can go a half day or more without vaping. I don't really take my vape devices out with me anymore on weekends when shopping. I do enjoy it though so giving up completely, not sure when that will happen lol.

Battered: Yes, water intake is critical when vaping as it dehydrates quite a bit. Most don't keep this rule of thumb in hand and dry themselves out which can cause many different things to happen to their bodies, most important their brain. The brain likes alot of water!!
