I started vaping a month and a half ago, within a week I was down from 24 mg to 18, now sitting nicely at 12. 18 was too high for me because when i am lounging around I tend to chain vape. Hoping to get down to 6 as well. Not sure if I will ever get down to 0 though. I like the feeling nic gives me especially when I am stressed. I work quite a stressful job so it helps me to relax a bit.

Some people use small amounts of PGA and say that increases TH, but I can't comment on it as I've never tried. Others use small amounts of pepper flavor added to their liquids to increase TH.
great tip on the pepper, thanks for this.
I started at 20mg and am down to 6mg. I DIY an 80/15/5 PG/VG/Vodka. I use VERY little flavor (maybe 3 or 4 drops of a full-flavor juice in a 1ml) and a couple drops of 10% menthol. The alcohol adds a little TH as well, but tends to wash things out over 5%.

I'm impressed with you low nicotine guys. I was a heavy smoker, like 40 a day or more of full on hard-core cigarettes. I started with 2.4%, and also a 10ml bottle of 3.6%! I've not needed to bother the 3.6 for the last couple of weeks, and there's half of it left however.

Decreasing is on my to-do list, but I'm not wanting to blow this by getting over excited. I'm just going to relax and take it at my own pace. Maybe I'll get a bottle of 1.8 next month, and put just a little of it in with my 2.4; I can always bail out, and splash a bit of the wild thing in there if it all gets a bit tricky.
