Look, your body will do a good job of telling you what's good and what's not. It knows you pretty well (unlike those of us here on ECF!)
If it's too harsh, or if your head starts spinning, or you're otherwise feeling discomfort, then stop or slow down. If not, things are OK.
People are very different (particularly because of their previous smoking history, although there are other factors). What is fine for some doesn't work for others, so you need to be the judge.
