Previous failed attempts, success attempts... anything you desire that relates to quitting/stopping regular cigarettes. You may enter once per day, up until the contest end date. Each entry must contain information related to quitting smoking. They can be successful or unsuccessful. You can discuss other methods of quitting including the cessation drugs approved by the FDA, or any method you choose including cold turkey. You may enter once per day as many times as you choose. The more you write, the better your chances are at winning the contest.

Duration: Contest runs from September 13th, 2009, until October 31st, 2009. The winner will be notified via email.
