I just found out that Provape no longer accepts credit card from my country. And with paypal's policy on vaping, I was told the only way I can purchase anything is via western union.

I need to pay almost $100 more for shipping and transfer fee on top of my orders. I started thinking, PayPal isn't the only payment service around.

ooo thank you roxxette! wow they never stop amazing me as far as keeping the customer #1 haha. I don't own a credit card, but I do have a paypal with $500 credited to my account. If I had known they took Paypal I may have entertained getting one sooner. TY! This is definitely something to think about now.
