Where to buy local?

I'll probably do most of my buying online, but when that little emergency hits, where are some places to go locally? I live very close to Orlando, FL, so I'm sure there's got to be some shops around. Is it best to hit smoke shops? The only thing I've found so far is in the convenience stores, and I don't want a starter kit. Just would like some suggestions on where to find liquids and accessories locally. Thanks!

Giving actual recommendations seems to be frowned upon since these vendors aren't verified here and I guess to keep people from just promoting their shop or their friends shops.

If there's a Walgreens near you you should be able to get Blu refills if all else fails. They'll fit any 510 device.
