Thanks Kender. Unfortunately, I bought 1/4 watt resistors, and this calculator says 1/8 watt. Probably a dumb question, but is that a huge deal?

Oooooooo, I like the design. The second LED to indicate the status of the kill switch is very clever! Mind if I steal?

On a more serious note, I'm curious about the wattage rating of the resistor as well.

The watt rating of the resistor is not important. The higher the rating the larger it will be physically and the harder it might be to fit in to the available space.
