Being in my 20s and always preferring to buy things at local stores, I haven't really used the mail service too much before getting into vaping. I've been waiting on a bunch of flavorings that were out for delivery on saturday, however multiple packages were received that day, and the post man decided to be lazy. Rather than come up the drive way and leave packages by the door (which he will normally do) it was decided to follow the rule of "if it doesn't fit in your mailbox, too bad". The online tracking shows "notice given" but there wasn't a note left or anything. Also, the online tracking page says something about having 15 days to claim the package or it will be returned to sender. My question is, because I didn't get any kind of instruction from the post office, is will they send it out again in the morning (monday) or will I have to go to the post office (which isn't local due to my township not having mail delivery) to pick it up?
