I don't have that particular charger, but I do use several of that size of battery. The Ultrafire WF-138 seems to only charge CR123A and 16340 batteries, according to the vendor's description.

The Ultrafire WF-139 - Battery Chargers : Ultrafire WF-139 will charge 18350 batteries and is just a couple more dollars than the one you listed.

I charge my 18350 batteries either in a Pila or Xtar MP2.

A downside to the MP2 is the spring-loaded charging bays; the batteries must be inserted very carefully or the flimsy springs will bend sideways. The Pila's charging bay is much easier to insert/remove batteries because of the spacers it uses, and it charges the batteries possibly twice as fast as the MP2 does. It's been said that the Pila also uses a charging algorhythm which can prolong battery life. I have had the Pila and a couple of AW IMR 18650 batteries for a year and both are going strong good as new. Well worth the extra money to me, if you can spring for it.
