Two identical batteries mystery...

Recently ordered two identical eGo batteries from fasttech, 900 mAh, both say "bydtech" on them. What's weird is they behave differently when charging. What gives? First of all, when charging, both of the blue button lights on the batteries themselves will stay lit, never seen that before (of course, this is only me second pair). But one of them, when it's done charging (at least I think it's done) the red light on the charger stays on, but the blue light on the battery goes out. The other one causes the red light on the charger to turn green when it's done charging, but the blue light stays on. Just weird is all. Anyone?

I have the exact same problem and can't understand Also from fasttech but with no branding

I have 2 650 mah ego knockoffs from fasttech. WHen on the charger the fire button stays blue but the charger light is red. It turns green when they are charged.

What confused the heck out of me is not having the firing button turn from white to blue when vaping to let you know you are at 20% battery and get it on the charger. LOL

It occurred to me while in the tub this morning that it's because these are likely refurbished batteries that still contain the electronics of the original manufacturer. So, if I'd just waited 12 hours, I would've answered my own question.
