You can get a bottle of food grade VG at any cake or candy supply store. Or any craft store. I get mine at Pat Catans for $1.99 for 4 oz.

If your flavor is compatible with a butter flavor, they make it in PG at the same store, right next to the VG usually. Same price and size. You use any clean glass dropper or syringe and pull the tip off your juice bottle, add the dilute, and your ready to go.
Hint; you might want to just use a syringe and try a small amount first. Try 2:1 ratio. Then tweak the bottle when you have it right.

Over the edge...
Some of my favorite flavor are kinda strong, so I just cut it in half with VG. You can find the Humco brand at Walmart or the Wilton brand (my favorite) at Michael's or any place that sells cake baking supplies. Just remember, as oldsoldier said the nic strength and flavor will be reduced by half. I usually order my juices at 24mg, so when it's diluted it comes out as 12mg which is fine for me. Mix a very small sample first.
