Years ago, I would consider that radical...Today, it's common sense.

Have you ever noticed that the people that truly value our freedom and country came from countries that did not give them such freedoms? People here do not get it - others do.

I have some friends living in other countries as well as some who moved here from other countries. Sometimes I am in awe when I hear their stories and especially when I experience their passion for freedom.

They say that we don't appreciate and take much for granted. They also remind me that Freedom can be lost and it's worth fighting for.

We should keep in mind there are many groups (with just causes) fighting their battles with the "out of control" FDA.

Funny you should mention that, nowhere on my bottle of Vitamin C does it say anything about preventing vitamin C deficiency. Bummer.

The FDA doesn't deny Americans freedom of speech (yet). The FDA just says it's Illegal to make any beneficial health claims about vitamins, supplements, foods, E-cigarettes, etc, etc even if the claim is commonly known as true.

The exception is anything Monsanto chooses is to do or say is OK.

I think the saving grace will be the tobacco industry getting into producing and/or marketing of e-cigs. Interesting concept.

I don't see the FDA banning them, either; but I do see over the top taxing-the same thing that's been done with analogs.

No one here thinks the FDA will ban E-cigarettes and most agree on the heavy tax thing.

However, the post suggests the possibility that Big Pharma and or Big Tobacco being in the market Today!

The FDA banned caffeinated energy drinks today. I am very interested in this because I want to see how the companies react and adjust to the new ban.

Now that Senate bill 510 passed making Monsanto and the FDA responsible for 100% of America's food supply...The FDA will have little time to mess with the E-cigarette movement.
