I found myself on vacation in Colorado without the multiport charger for my 510 batteries. This was late Thursday night and I had only one charged battery left. I wrote to Vicki at Cignot and begged her to overnight me a new charger the next day, Friday.

Vicki read my email, called me immediately and promised to overnight it to the hotel first thing Friday morning. Vicki followed up with emails to give me the tracking number when the package was sent and followed up to make sure it was received. Service above and beyond!!! Thank you Vicki and Cignot!
