I want to say that CIGNOT has to have the best customer service and products I have ever experienced! I ordered some Type B attys and cartridges from them. I was VERY disappointed at my first try ( been using ecigs for a year and 3 months , no analogs here). I emailed her and informed her that the hard draw was beyond hard! She IMMEDIATELY worked with me via email and we discovered it was the cartridge and all is fine , except the 1rst castridge .
I am happy with my Type B now and am truly greatful and appreciative of Vicki's GREAT customer service and follow through. THe response to emails was AMAZING and it solved my issue !
Vicki is a credit to CIGNOT and the E-cig community. She doesn't perform Customer service, she seems to provide "Customer Care" ... I thank her and encourage all to give CIGNOT a try if you haven't already!
