I was wondering if you want the seamless 6v sleeve do you need to order it with your original SuperT or will they all be machined that perfect? I am on the second batch and I am pondering trying 6v w/ an 801 adaptor and I am wondering if I should just try to get that in with my original order. Also any idea if 2 3v protected cr123s would work with the sleeve or would that be too long? Even with the vents I am a little jumpy about unprotected batteries.

Cr123's will not fit due to being too wide. Definitely order the sleeve with the unit, that way you will get a virtually invisble seam where the sleeve meets the body.
