Shipping speed experience with Smokeless Image???

Just curious what kind of experience everyone has had with speed of processing and shipping with Smokeless Image??? I know they are very popular on the forums. I'm asking because I placed an order 4 days ago and it is still listed as processing. Seems a little long for an order to be processing. Let me say I am not impatient and I understand that things take time. I have been ordering online for many, many years. But 4 days to process just seems a little long. Do they typically take a while to get your items to your door???

Got it on Monday. Guess they are slow to update their system and status. It was still in processing over the weekend.

I have placed 2 orders with them and both times, it took 8 days to get to me

Must be a problem just lately cuz my orders always came in about 4 days tops.

I have always received all my orders very quickly as well. Except for the order I placed in the middle of March anyways. I inquired on why they were having delays in shipping and was advised they were behind on processing orders from a big sale they had for St. Patricks Day. 30% off so im sure they were pretty bust at that time

Must be a fluke with maybe a holiday and weekends thrown in. I put in about 8 orders with them for hundreds of dollars and I think 3 or 4 days was the longest I've waited. Never disappointed. Only in the USPS with inaccurate tracking, etc.

About two months ago, my orders would take 3-4 days, from ordering to my front door. My last order, 2 weeks ago took 6 days. I think there getting bigger and bigger. Great company, great costumer service, worth the wait,

I think they may have some glitches with their processing system. I had an order that was stuck in 'processing' for a full week before I decided to contact them about it. This was right before the St. Patty's Day sale IIRC. They were pretty apologetic and said they weren't sure what the issue was, but they did upgrade my shipping from first class to express right then and there. My other two orders with them shipped out the day I ordered (I ordered in the morning.)

They state in their shipping terms that all items ship within 48 hours of ordering. If it takes longer than that, you can always just ask them what's up. Even if they're having hang-ups, they may still push your order through or hook you up if you bother to contact them about it just cuz they're cool like that.
