I recently ordered some parts and accessories from safetecigarette.com. I used this site because the address given was within my home state and I needed these items quickly. Shipping time was 3 weeks and the company failed to respond to repeated emails. When the order arrived, two of the items were not working. The PCC does not charge and the USB passthrough does not work. The company continues to ignore my repeated emails. Slow shipping, zero customer service, shoddy products: AVOID THIS VENDOR.

Home state? They are in Shangai !

If you pick registered airmail and got your order in 3 weeks it was actually fast too, never use that option

Still, if they don't reply to e-mail I won't bother with them.

And wtf is a safete cigarette, it should be safety cigarette, big typo for the name of a website

Looks like a drop shipper. With that said you got the goods in 3 weeks from China. And i really do not see the point of these 1st posts. Sorry but i find them odd.
