Raspberry cream candy

Tastes just like raspberry cream hard candies. Needs to steep for at least 2 weeks or it will be harsh and bland. I don't use hot water bath, my juice sits in a room that's around 70-80 degrees most of the time.

Ok wait I guess I lied, it's a little harsh. Idk why. It's not unbearable to me cause it tastes delicious tho. Seems to become less noticeable as I use it. Isnt very noticable after the first few draws. Currently Trying to work out what's doing this. My sample was gone in like 2 days tho. Lol
