Outstanding Service From Tasty Vapor

Wanted to pass along a case of superior customer service I experienced with Tasty Vapor. I made a mistake and ordered and received menthol tobacco juice when I wanted plain tobacco. It was my error, but when I asked Tasty Vapor if I could exchange for the non-menthol they suggested I pass the menthol on to someone who would like it and they would send me the plain tobacco I wanted. No charge. I really like the selection of flavors at TV and now they have a customer for life.

I second that. Tasty Vapor is a great product and great customer service. I won't be going anywhere else.

TV and cignot have to be the best in customer service. I've messed up orders and both of them notified ME of my mistake. Heck I didn't know I'd made one.............Now that's knowing your customers! I would recommend both vendors to all vapers, whether you're a newbie or not It's so exciting to see many new vapers coming on board too

What is/are the shipping rate(s) for TV?

Any idea where they're located?

They're located around Oakland CA and their shipping rate is a flat $5. I ordered from them on Sunday of this week and had my order Thurs. here in OK. And that's with Monday being a holiday............I can't give Geoff enough props on his service.

You might take a look at the swap forum and the pay if forward. You might be able to get a taste of some TV flavors there.
