Optimal Tank and Carto for VTube?

Sorry if this has been posted else where. I am looking to pickup a 3.5ml tank and was wondering which cartos to use? I watched a couple of youtube videos that talks about the VTube defaulting to 3.7v with some dual coil cartos. One video even said it wouldnt fire at all.

So the question is... If I can use dual coil cartos, what ohm range can be used without amp issues? Or must I only use single coil?

My personal preference thus far has been a 2.4ohm bottom coil clero at 3.8v If anyone knows of a good deal on a DCT etc that would be appreciated.

i have two of the apollo dct, one of each size. i didn't like the vapor the dual coils produced no matter the setting of the vtube. it was rather weak in my opinion. now i use boge single coil 3ohm cartos in the tanks. i just changed to 100% vg and vg dominant juices. set the vtube to 4.2 - 4.4 and it's like night and day! all is good now.

i haven't tried a bottom coil clearo yet. i'm waiting for apollo to put one up on their website.

Perfect! That gives me an idea what direction to go in. Im thinking about 2.8ohm single coil. I could always get a few cartos in different ohms and try them out. I was mostly concerned about the the dual coil scene.

Great looking banner! We don't usually do weekends on ECF, we are usually on live support though!

Our vtubes will reset if the ohm is too low. 2.5+ohms are recommended, our vtubes have a security feature to limit the current to 2.5 amp, to also increase your experience we suggest the Stormizer

Thank you very much! Thats exactly what I needed to know. Since I know the limit and recommended ressistance it makes the selection process much easier. Im going to check out the storms

Well my DCT 3ohm tank arrived today via Apollo's fast shipping. I am very happy with this setup! Im still seeking out that perfect voltage but so far 5.4v to 5.6v is working excellent! I also picked up a spare battery. Using one while charging the other is a great way to go.

Just thought I would report back in case anyone else has the same question in the future
