I got a couple samples over the weekend from them. The domestic is a tobacco type flavor with lots of throat hit. I also got to try the Valencia, I could taste some orange in that. I'm not big on the fruity stuff, but it was alright. Both had tons of vapor. I ordered the Marcado, Swiss Dark, and Wisc. Frost. I was sad to see no Tennessee Cured! Loved that one!!

Anybody check out the new Johnson Creek Red Oak line of juices? Mmmmm sound pretty tasty. Gonna pick up the sampler pack. BIG fan of their classic Tennessee Cured. Red Oak juices unveiled today...

Johnson Creek Original Smoke Juice - The Best E-Liquid in the World - Made Right Here in America

Wish they had sampler sizes or included new flavors in a big "new flavors" sampler pack. I really want to try the cider n this new one and any new ones lol. Big fan of JC everything cept arctic. Hate minty flavors.

What is "red oak"? As far as I knew it was a tree, didnt realize it was a flavor, but Ive only been in US for 9 years.

I'm going to order the sample pack when it becomes available on the 3rd.

Can't wait to try them.

I'm a huge JC fan.

River,

Let us know if this produces the vape we all want from the great tastes that JC provides. I'm just about done with my JC sampler pack as was wondering if I should go with the VG Red Oak. I miss blowing vape rings!

No prob, I saw a quick note from a longtime customer of theirs in which the guy said it makes a ton of vapor. I expect it to do that since it is an all VG recipe. The flavors look great.

Btw, I noticed your avatar pic and I advise all my training clients to treadmill train any "sled dog" (husky, malamute or whatever) type of pet. You are going to have your hands full unless you figure out a way to burn some of that excess energy from a dog bred to run forty miles a day.

I love those breeds but I see tons of them getting dropped off at shelters and rescues when people get in over their heads with a dog that needs a massive amount of exercise to keep it from getting frustrated and becoming a problem dog.

See if you can find some treadmill training videos someplace and Good Luck.

River,

I got an email from JC offering to exchange my pack for the Red Oak, which is cool. I'll let you know how that goes. As for Niko, she's got tons of energy and I run her as much as possible, and I'm allways looking for a cheap treadmill for her. She is so demanding of my attention!

I was stumped (pun intended=groan) on Red Oak as well. My guess is the new line's name is simply referring to their logo.

I was hoping for sampler sizes as well. I'll let you all be my guinea pig. hehe

Guess I should have gone to their website before replying, I get it now its an entire new line of no pg juice. They do have a sampler of the 6 new flavors in this series, avail order on 3rd. Ima stay up till 1am and try to order lol.

They are running a 25% off deal on the 3rd. Duno how long its running for. I might have to express the sampler n then find the ones I like and try to order them while still on sale.

I'm hopping the Valencia is like the Old Camel Twist Orange box. Those were so good. If I still smoked cigs like i used to, I'd be so ...... about flavor ban. LOL screw u tobacco Nazis, I got way more flavor now and lung capacity and smell n taste n etc etc ;P:lol:

Noticed there are also changes in how to order old flavors, can't choose reduced pg anymore. Duno if this new line is suppose to replace rpg but I hope not since there is no peach in new flavor line ><

Throwing all caution to the wind and my hopefully well earned trust. I couldn't resist the savings and ordered full sizes of must of them instead of sampler pack.

A quickie from the iPhone - these new no PGs from JC rock. As much (and I'm not kidding) if not MORE flavor than the PGs. My Jantystick is just pouring vape, and I can see why the high is 18mg instead of 22. More vape - for me means more nicotine, and I'm getting the same noob-buzz that I did when I switched from prefills. I got the Marcado and Swiss Dark. The former is a cinnomen with a clove finish. The clove gets overwhemling a bit so I'm going to cut it with origonal reduced Pg or tennesse PG for now. The Swiss is perfect. Comes off as full flavored as the former but less harsh than their other chocolate.

The big surprise is this all VG isn't as syrupy as the former reduced Pg. Little resistance on the syringe, and no milkshake draws. No idea how they pulled that off so this may also help people with gummed attys.

Loving it. Going to try the citrus and domestic next. I've got a bottle of Domestic in fact, but it's for a friend so I'm now going nuts waiting for him to pick it up so I can bum a ml (does anyone say that to other vapers? - hey buddy can I bum a ml - geez).

FYI: Be prepared to rinse your atty or devote it to similar flavors if you get anything with clove in it. It's strong - and it sticks.

I suppose you could make do for a few days otherwise until it goes away as well - but it's the first flavor I've tried that doesn't "Swap" with other flavors after a basic blow and swab, cart fill-clean and full charge and some minor dripping onto the atty, and a dozen puffs.

That's fine with me since after I finish with the cinnamon and clove, I'm going to try the orange cinnamon and clove (valencia) so this atty will be clove-only.

Chocolate will get it's own atty. Might mix with domestic when it's ordered.

On the Marcado, which is my fav so far, am I the only who gets more cinammon than clove? I smoked the occasional clove cig a long time ago, and they didn't taste anywhere as good as this.

The WF and Val are pretty good too and I am warming up more and more to the Domestic. These flavors take a little getting used to, except the Island, which is an absolute atrocity.
