Well, after reading Norminalls posts, I can only say.. I rest my point.
It is pretty damning evidence against the Cypruss office. And business in Cypress in general, if border issues are that normal. 8-o

Norminal: You are the poster boy for why Target should NOT sell njoy -- or any other electronic cigarette. Not a one of them is ready for mass sales yet.
Actually, Bob, if nothing else, Target would have been a lot easier to return to. :cool:

But today morning the atomizer also died. I am very sad..
right now there is no any heat and no any vapor in the atomizer.

And did you received the both of the burugundies cigrattes which i had sent them to Italy?

After all that, why deal with the Cypress office at all? E-mail Italy direct. Check the website if you don't have their e-mail.

I spend a lot of time in Cyprus and there is very little cross-border traffic (mostly it's photo-ops for politicians). The UN green line has been in place since 1974 so it's hardly news. More recently it has become an external border of the EU, which I'd expect a company doing international business to be aware of.

I dunno, setting up a dead-letter box on the far side of a hostile border for your returns doesn't strike me as the best enhancement to customer service.

Thanks for posting your experiences Klaue and norminall. Njoy-International had better shape up if they don't want more of this bad press, which they right now deserve.

Target would have been a lot easier to return to.
Absolutely. The atomizer problems don't look good, but surely they would have appreciated a quick store return and immediate refund rather than these drawn out debacles.

I have received a quick answer from Njoy:

Dear Sir,

You can go ahead and send the non-working parts to the same address in Italy and we will send you a replacement immediately. We still (as of yesterday) have not received your package at the Italian office yet.

I beleive that they will send me replacement. But i hope that the replacement atomizer will good as the died one. Because the died one was very good. it was very strong. but the burgundies cigarattes which i have send them back for refund was bad. So every Njoy not the same.
And although all of this I hope the will refund my two cigrattes money. And also refund the second shipment cost.

No, not every Njoy is the same. Every company has bad units. It's a universal problem. But I am 100% positive the problem is not the burgundy color. I have a burgundy, and it's fine. The only difference between the white and the burgundy is the paint.

OTOH, your burgundies were purchased more recently so were probably from a more recent batch, and so will your new white one.

Right now.. I dont know what to answer..
short one ..or long one...
my first white long one was great.. but died after 2 month..
I am waitnig its replacment..

ecigs forbidden in Turkey. So The only thing we can try is sending it in an ugly box, with the address in handwriting, so it looks like a private sending.

Dont write on it that it is ecigs.

And please send it by by an express company and not via cheap way.

because sending via cheap way comes directly to the goverment post offfice and so to the custom. after that it is impossible to receive from the custom. it goes back.

but when sending by experess company (like dhl or tnt global) via quick way, it comes directly to my office because it is courier.



I hope you understand my poor english.
