My friends LT and the magical never ending battery?? I cant believe this haha

Ok my friend got a torpedo (LT) from Totally Wicked with the batteries they sell. He vapes about a tank a day and it's been a week and his first battery hasn't died yet!! I just think that is nuts. Is this normal with some batts?

Assuming he vapes about 3ml/day, I could see a 2000mah battery lasting a week. It's probably pretty low now. You really shouldn't let them drain until they cut off by themselves or by the circuit. Is he sure the LTs low voltage shutdown is working? It should cut off at 3.3V.

Also depends on the atty voltage combo. 3.0 ohms at 3.8v would last a lot longer then say a LR at 3.7v

Yep higher voltage to higher resistance means you get the same wattage using less milliamperes or so I've heard. That's one of biggest advantages of higher voltage vaping.

If he's doing that and only vaping 3ml a high mah battery can last a long time.

I use a 2250mah panasonic battery, normally at 6v and 3.5ohms. I vape it about 10 times a day, 5-10 puffs at a time. My battery lasts from one afternoon into the other.

What magic battery is he using? I need one of those nao!

thats about the same as me, i refill my tank when i change my battery usually

All I can say is make sure he keeps an eye on his battery voltage, if it is anything like the Lavatube that I got rid of quickly it doesn't cut off properly, the LT I had wouldn't cut off until the battery was so low it wouldn't even power the voltage display (metered at 2.7 volts when it finally died), using your batts until this low of a voltage WILL shorten their lifespan. That's one of the MANY reasons I upgraded from a Lavatube to a Provari and I wouldn't change that for anything.
