Briefly describe your problem or issueI placed an order for Snickerdoodle Cookies and Cinnamon Buns e-liquid on October 9th, and as of today (11/23/2014) I still haven't received my order. I sent an email to them on 11/11/2014 to check the status, and I've not heard back from them. They state on their website that there is a 10 - 18 business day wait time before they ship the product, and I have yet to hear back from them. They've already charged my credit card, and the payment to them has posted to my bank account, but still no -liquid. The order is sitting in limbo, and I was looking forward to trying out their e-liquid, as several customers and reviewers have rated this juice very good, and I've been waiting patiently for my e-liquids
It's now 11/24 and I haven't herd a a peep or reply from them. They have my money, and I only want my e-liquid.
I've just sent out another email and I'm waiting for a response from them. I think I was ripped off!
