We are again struggling to keep up with our customer service e-mails and are looking to hire a second full time customer service rep in as many months. With the growing popularity of Virgin Vapor and with electronic cigarettes rapidly going mainstream, we are experiencing a huge increase in e-mails that our current customer service reps are unable to keep up with.

Help is on the way! Another full time rep will be there to assist you shortly. In the mean time, thank you for your understanding and rest assured we will handle any issues with our usual excellent and caring customer service--it just may take us a little longer to get back to you!
