I wanted to introduce everyone to Patti, the newest member of our customer service team.
We've been struggling with a huge upswing in e-mails and were desperate to find the right person to add to Team Virgin Vapor. Well, we couldn't have found a better fit! Patti has been a customer for over a year and a half and also has extensive experience with customer service. She's also a wonderful lady who has quickly won the hearts of everyone at Virgin Vapor and we are all so, so happy to have her! With her help, we hope to be able to bring our e-mail response times back to where they should be and we again offer our sincere apologies to anyone has been left waiting recently. Patti is still in training but she is already doing an amazing job at offering the warm and caring customer service that Virgin Vapor is known for.
