Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that our merchant provider had shut us down with no notice. They did succeed for about 14 hours. We had been with this company for 3 years. We were told that our merchant account would not be shut down as we explained we have been dropped in the past for no reason along with many other e-cigarette suppliers. Thursday, 9/14 they flipped the switch and shut us down no email, no phone call NOTHING. We found out when we noticed orders stop coming in. Along with the phone calls from our clients saying something was wrong with their bank. They were freaking out thinking all their money had been taken. So not did it only effect us it also effected our clients thinking something was wrong on their end.
I call our provider got the runaround. No one new anything. Just a note that the account closed and to contact risk Dept. For 12 hours and 34 minutes our attorneys and I called relentlessly. At the same time we found in our contract that they can not shut US/ANYONE down without a 30 day notice unless you are accused of violating any term in the contract which we have not done since day one. Long story short we are back up and recovering from another merchant provider's charade effecting the vaping community.
Fortunately, we discovered Johnathan Masterson National Account Executive merchant provider who was able to get us started immediately. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused any of our clients.
