last week i ordered a copper vanilla mod from localvape.com and it arrived yesterday with a faulty top cap, the very top thread was non existent, so nothing will screw on to it. i emailed them about the problem immediately and got a timely response that said that a new top cap was sent today along with a free drip tip. some of these other companies can learn a thing or two from them, they recognized the problem, and solved it immediately with no hassle or argument. pleasure to deal with and they will certainly receive my return business.
