Local Situation (Newbies please read)

Hi Peeps,

Due to the past/current invasion by (You know Who) . Some of the local Vapers and Suppliers were persecuted.

As mentioned by other fellow vapers here in the local forum , we are in a tight situation. It's not that we are not willing to help out a new vapers, its just that the situation now forbids us.
