KR808D1--Auto or Manual

Ok, right now I am placing an order for a KR808D1. I don't know whether to get the auto or manual. I honestly prefer not having to press a button but...I want to get the most vapor possible. Is the KR808 going to cut off on me like the Joye 510 auto would? The Firelight Micro I have right now is an auto, doesn't activate unless I'm drawing on it and doesn't cut off no matter what.

That's ideally what I want only with a bit more power to it.

They both have their merits. Most people prefer manuals - I went straight to manuals, because I didn't want any risk of noise/vibration firing, and I like the control.

But if you just can't decide... check out ElectroNicStix. They sell "hybrid" Kr808D-1 kits, with one auto and one manual.

I have 7 kr808 batts, 3 auto, 2 reg size (280 mah) and 2 shorty (180 mah). I use each one a different way. The autos are great if Im working on a project, as they are hands free. But if im watching tv, I like the manuals for more control, but they all work great. Just a personel choise I guess

By the way, my autos are pressure actuated, not sound. So no problem with noisy enviorment

You did great ordering the manuals. I have been at this just over 2 weeks. I started with the autos because I thought it would be more like the real thing. I quickly graduated to the short manual from V4L and now on to the XL manual from V4L. There are 3 people in my family that are using the KR808D and we all love the XL manual. The short ones that came with the kit were a pain to keep charged and the XL manual stay charged longer since they are a bigger battery they also give more vapor. We are loving ours. You made the right choice.

BTW- If you really want more power with the KR808D, do yourself a favor an get an XL manual battery from Vapor4Life.

I honestly still can't decide. I have three autos and two manual's from V4L.

deff get a manual sooooo much better i hate auto they hardy ever work like there supposed to

Autos are also too sensitive. They will turn on just from feeling a vibration. Also the autos cut off before you can get a good vape from them.

I'm also in the can't decide group. I have auto's and manuals from V4L. I like the autos because I don't have to worry about the button while charging in the PCC. But I also like my XL manual because the battery lasts longer. I don't have any XL autos for some reason.

I don't have any experience with the KR808D1 batteries, but I can tell you that the m401 bats were way to sensitive. I could never vape in the car with the windows open, the wind, and even music would trigger them.

My kr808's don't have that problem...tap on them all day long and they do don't light up...but I know what you meen about the m401...carry in your pocket and when u go to use them, their dead
