Johnson Creek dropper/bottle help

I recently bought a bottle from JC and it included an eye dropper. The bottle of juice also has a plastic stopper in the neck of the bottle where one inserts the eye dropper.

Now, I have to tilt the bottle sideways in order to suck up any liquid since the eyedropper barely sticks in the hole. After I squeeze the plunger at the top of the eye dropper, it fills but some of the eliquid drips out. I then have to clean it up and I usually end up getting some on my hands. Furthermore, it's a waste of eliquid.

Anyone have some advice? I tried emailing JC, but their response was ambiguous at best.

I havent seen that yet. Can you take the stopper out?

My Juice came like that too. Just pop that plastic stopper out and then you can toss it in the garbage. The dropper should screw into to bottle nicely then.

Just remove the plastic insert from the inside of the bottle. It will take a little wiggling, but the insert can be removed.

The plastic insert is used by the folks who fill their carts by syringe. The insert kind of limits spills should the bottle accidently be tipped over.
