Hey y'all!

My vision spinner is about two weeks old. Love it. When I shake it there seems to be loose components inside. It rattles around the case. Hope that makes sense. Is that normal?

Also on Friday I'm looking to pick up another tank and I was looking at the protank 2. I have evods and love them. Is that a good logical next step?

I have an old vision spinner and mine doesnt rattle, the back adjustment knob did become loose after a while.
There's nothing you can do about that rattle.
If you open it you won't be able to close it back, so use it until it stops working then get a new one or try to replace it, where you bought it.
Pt2 is a bit old, if you want kanger, you could get the aerotank.

The aerotank is newer than the Protank 2, but I don't think that makes it better. It uses a dual coil system, which mostly means there is twice as many ways for it to break.

I'm using a protank 2 and I added an air control valve to it. I don't actually adjust my airflow, I leave it as wide open as I can get. But I think I get more airflow with it than with the standard Protank bottom cap.

I'm using a Provari now, but I used to do the same thing with Vision Spinner 1300's, and I still keep those around as backups.

I would go for the Protank II with an Aerotank base. The single coils are easier to maintain, and air control makes the vapor a bit more customizable. Also, single coils are generally cheap then dual coils, eat through less juice and eat through less power. I never really found the benefit of dual coils to be worth the amount of juice I'd go through. If you DO want to go dual coils however, I've heard more good things about the Aspire Nautilus then I've heard about the Kanger Aerotank.

Just so you know the battery works fine and my roommates does the same. Just curious.

I never owned a Spinner, so I'm not sure if the rattling is normal or not. I never even really owned an ego style battery for long. Only for my first week, and then I moved on to something better. The one I started with however, was a generic, variable volt, passthrough, 650 mAh ego style. It did rattle a little, but only by the fire button. Just the button rattling a bit. Nothing inside the battery itself rattled. Is it rattling by where the dial is on the bottom, or by the fire button like mine? I can sort of believe that some rattling is normal for those two areas due to moving parts.

if it works....

....IT WORKS!!11111!!!!!!1!!!!1111

life is too good to stress over a working product. relax and have a puff and pray it doesnt blow up in your face ;)

as for the protank...

i use mine with a vision spinner 1300 almost daily. it doesnt sit flush atop the vision spinner and is a bit top heavy. if you use the beauty ring included in the protank 2 kit it will still sit a bit heavy on the spinner. Also, prepare for the possibility of "golf ball through garden hose" syndrome on the spinner. you may or may not prefer a tight draw so i dont know how that will work out for you but there's a good chance the draw will leave you frustrated at some point.

all in all the protank is a great product but like most things in life it leaves a reasonable amount to be desired
