I've been up since about 1:30 EST. No idea why I woke up but could not go back to sleep. It's been a while since my last insomnia episode..

Sorry you're up, but glad it's been a while since your last episode! I have chronic insomnia, so I'm up and down a lot through the night. Now I'm up and down through the night, vaping instead of smoking, lol

I actually got a decent sleep yesterday. I went to a local vape meet and then to visit a friend afterwards....by the time I got back home, I was tired, think I got like 11 hours...and at night too lol

have not been able to sleep thru the nite since i went 100% tobriety

but it is worth it !!!! to be free of that analog ball n chain
