You cant stop the importation of hardware...as Ive said before, a battery, an atomizer, what have you is a benign device and they can't technically hold that stuff. It's the liquid which can cause an issue.
I had one held from the US once, but that was it.

Same here as FreeFlow, had one order of Tasty Vapor snagged by Customs (and not returned to the vendor) and lots and lots of other orders from the US get through absolutely fine.
Was just sent a letter stating it violated the drug/pharma act.
No biggie...never stopped a shipment otherwise.
What's great is that we have an awesome group here who will help at the drop of a dime if someones SOL.

I know from experience that the shipments being returned to sender is hit or miss.
Vendors are not obliged to help you once the shipment leaves their hands. You assume all risk once its shipped out.
Some vendors play by those rules, some are totally willing to help you out if a problem arises.

im not sure if this is true, i know the vendors may want you to believe that. The package is the property of the sender according to shipping companies. ive had packages lost with ups, canada post and usps as the sender and customer and its always the sender that has to initiate a claim since it is still their property. Paypal will also refund the customer if the package is not received. i usually order from companies that offer paypal as payment for this reason.
Has anyone used a service like USA Address & Mail Forwarding? My folks live Canada side, and they swear by it (The old man shops at Gander Mountain and Cabella's) None of their shipments have been delayed or RTS....
My order was not sent back to sender destroyed I believe.Although my shipper did remix me a new batch and resend not that he had to just chose to handle it that way.
IMHO for the folks that can't handle the rules of mild prohibition, they should stick with purchasing within the confines of Canada. Many vendors will make good and no there are not obliged to make good. That is why many will not ship any liquid to Canada. For those who do not wish to gamble, stay out of the Casinos as normal shipping rules do not apply here.
You too! You went off the radar for quite a spell there. Ya wouldn't of caught me dead in the front seat of that contraption.
