Thanks B...sent the ipro to Ca for repair.Wow Jw, I'm sorry...again! We use the same switch and button in both PVs, but maybe it sticks out a little more because there's less room on the inside of the IPro. RMA it again, and mention on the RMA that Debi said it was a no charge fix.
We did have a shipment of switches with bad buttons on them but that was months ago and Mike sent them back to the manufacturer
