How to post in the national forums

How do I post in the national forum of my choice? I live in Japan, but going to that particular forum I cannot post. Is there a minimum requirement of posts to have before I'm allowed to?

Yes, and the minimum post number is 5. Then you have to wait for the system to update, which I believe happens 25 minutes after every hour. Don't be patient. Instead, start posting. You can start your own threads, or post in any thread in the New Members' section.
