How to clean brass

Hey guys, I normally use SS mods and RDAs, but recently I have started using brass mods and drippers as well as copper mods and contacts. All my mods and atties are getting a patina on them, and I was just wondering how you guys clean and polish up your brass vaping gear. Also, what about copper mods, and copper contacts? Any input on how to clean them, make them shiny and back to their original state would be fantastic. Thanks! If this helps, I do not own or have access to an ultrasonic cleaner.
