I just wanted to post a follow up to the trouble ticket I recently posted. First, I had a pretty sizeable order (several adapters, carts, and a Tox Cannon) on Tox Cannon release night, so I am not surprised a couple of things got mixed up. No biggie. I put in a ticket due to a missing Grande and an incorrect adapter I received. The response was prompt, and the issue was handled. The correct items were shipped out immediately, and I very much wanted to get on here and give props to Danno and Chris, and the wonderful GotVapes crew. You guys are amazing!!
