can anyone here help me with the problem
I need to export like 100kg e cigarette(with e liquid inside), usually I ship them through express delivery like DHL, UPS, EMS... so in this case, I don't have to offer any document to my forwarder because they can clear the custom for us and the shipping company will also clear the custom at the destination(Germany).
Anyway my question is that the importer from Germany requires "Harmonic Taric Number (HS-Code)" from us,does anyone know what it means?
As for my previous knowledge, the HS code is only used for the custom here in China when we self exporting (without forwarder), so I am confused why does the importer need it? Is it a must for Germany when importing e cigarette product?
Can anyone from Germany who had experienced in importing large quantity and it is preferable that someone has imported in the name of a company in the past solve my confusion?
