Is anyone else having problems with Health Cabin's website? It showed as "crashed" last night and today, everything I try to order shows "out of stock" once it's in the shopping cart. AND, I've sent several messages with no reply, though Amy's always been excellent customer service in the past. Anyone? Any ideas?

I just went there and added a mega eGo kit to my cart and estimated shipping without any problem. I checked using Firefox ver 3.6.8 and Internet explorer 8.
If a product is available in different colors but you forget to select one before adding it to your cart, it will show up as zero stock. Probably not the cause but had to ask.
As to the lack of email response, I don't know when you emailed her, but for me China time is exactly 12 hours different from my time.
Finally, as to customer service, yes Amy is the best.

I was actually just on that site and didn't have any problems with it. Didn't buy anything this time. I was just pricing a few things out. Last time I had to email them it did take a few hrs to get a response. As LKin said..there is a time difference.
