Good Refillable Vape's In Stores?

Hey Guys,
I am curious if anyone knows of good ecigs or other devices that you can refill with your own e-liquid, that are available in retail stores or smoke shops. I'm in PA, does anyone know of stores that sell them? And I don't want to buy blu or anything like that. I'm looking for something similar to the volt or egoT.

I am new to all this stuff also,about a week and a half in and love it,there is a vape store in hatboro,pa i think that is close to reading maybe 45 mins or so east.I live in south central pa and my closest vape store is in westminster md.good luck

Is online purchase not an option?
I don't live in PA but here in southern California, vape stores are ALL over the place.

The ego twist is a good beginner device. All you need is a tank and some cartos and you'll be on your way to enjoy your e-juices.

you not gonna find much is stores unless you find a specialty "vape" store. LitecigUSA is in PA, so you'll normally get your order next day.
