GLV2 5v and 1.5 and 2.0 Cartos

Does anyone notice a difference in vaping on the GLV 5v with various ohm cartos? From what I understand 2.0 ohm and up should be used with this setup however I've been told it doesn't make a difference because of the resister self adjusts. I am using a GLV2 with a SmokeTech DCT 1.5 carto and haven't used any higher ohm ones so I don't know of any differences myself. Just curious...

Anyone?

I like to use 2.5 or 3.0 ohm on the 5v .... doesn't get too warm. I use carto tanks though, so that may vary.

I've used 3.0 and 2.0 without noticing a difference. I put a volt meter on it and confirm it self regulates. Nice ot know whatever you have laying around...you will get the same consistent great vape!

Cool, so I can continue getting the 1.5's, I use them on my EGO too. However my main vape master is my GLV and I use the EGO setup as a backup in more descrete settings.

I use 2.5 or 3.0,Just seems safer.

I use 1.5 Dct's and thye work great. I have noticed however if you use CE2's at low ohms they dont work as great. Lot of dry burnt hits. The dual coil cartos are perfect for this setup. I kind of want to try triple coils. Heard they are amazing at 5v

I must have juice that doesn't like low ohms on 5v ..... same tank from 3.7v (with 2.0 ohm Boge or 1.7 ohm DCC) tastes sort of hot or burnt on 5v.
Guess it's just me ....

I think that some juices just work better at lower voltage. About 10% of my juice tastes best at 3.7V.

Brodie- most of mine taste like poo above 4.2v, so when I use the 5v, I use a 2.8 or 3.0 ohm carto .... then it's all good.
