I'm not shocked by this at all. This legislation was blatantly crooked from the get go. The thing that surprises me is that it took so long for the media to pick it up and run with it, not till after the legislation was passed. I love me some FBI right now.

It seems as if it doesn't matter if there's any corruption found or if any laws were broken.

As long as there was no ill intent, then all is fine I guess.

I'm not sure. Anti-competitive legislation to the benefit of individuals tied to the legislators involved can cross a line. A federal judge already issued a preliminary injunction in the civil case against the Indiana law, so there has to be some serious meat on the bone to get that done.

It seems to me the end result will quite possibly be prison time for some of the players.
Unless of course a deal is struck to keep them on the streets.

How long it takes to get there, and how many shops go under before then?
That's the question that doesn't have a nice answer.
