Error while paying? o.O

"The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."

Is the error I am getting while trying to proceed with my payment, Anyone know what may be causing this? ; there IS enough money in my account, and I am using MasterCard w/out a PayPal account ( I do not have a PayPal account nor am I able to get one due to PayPal screwing me over a few years ago -.-)

Is there a way you can charge my card through another service? As you appear to be pretty on top of everything I dont mind calling or e-mailing you my card # to charge for my order.

I had a problem with a debit card. When I called my bank they told me that the card provider would not allow transactions that originated in Texas. I realize that you are not purchasing in Texas, but it could be the same concept. When I asked why no Texas transactions noone could tell me.

Odd, I am in MS Could be the same thing? Or it could be something to do with debit cards because I was using one as well.
