EpicStorm DIY. Help!!

Hi,
I'm looking for some help with my new tank. I saw the epicstorm DIY on a German site and decided to get it. It arrived the next day but without any kind of instructions. I've never used a tank like this before and I can't find any instruction on how to use it.

Can someone please help?

I found this video for you on YouTube for a DIY Type A SWVD, but it's in German and I can't translate. About 3min in to the video, he begins talking about the device. Not sure if this is helpful, but it's here:
